VALENTINE'S DINNER

Come show your love with us on Valentine’s Day!

The Grange offers a $55 three-course prix fixe menu with lamb, seafood, and vegetarian options for the first two courses and two choices for dessert. Wine pairings are available but not included.

This is the only menu we are offering on Valentine's Day. We will accept reservations for any size party.  
Reservations are highly recommended and available between 5:00 and 8:30pm.

First Course

Pork terrine with grilled winter chicory salad, quince paste, popped mustard seed dressing and rye toast

or
Oregon pink shrimp salad with coal-roasted onions, kohlrabi, cranberries, and preserved lemon

or
Roasted carrot and sunchoke salad, with beet puree, cranberries, and preserved lemon

Second Course

Roasted lamb leg with braised winter leeks, French lentils, wild rice, fried capers, and salsa verde

or
Line-caught cod and Penn Cove shellfish in smoky tomato stew with celeriac and grilled bread

or
Blue oyster mushroom tempura with Hearth Farm heirloom bean ragoût, grilled Marina di Chioggia pumpkin, and a poached egg

Third Course

Chocolate mousse with whipped cream, spiced pistachios, and plum jam cookie

or
Citrus olive oil cake with blood orange, yogurt, and crumble
